Nthati has extensive ICT experience across software development, communications systems and online data sharing platforms, having successfully implemented and commercialised large scale digital transformational initiatives in the financial services sector and scaled technology enabled SME’s. As an entrepreneur, she has scaled technology enabled SME’ and has build strong relationships with incubators and accelerators
She holds an MBA from Bond University and BA Law degree from the University of Lesotho

She has 20 years consulting experience, previously working at Accenture, Apperture Consulting, XybanetX and FeverTree Consulting. She has undertaken several projects where she has designed strategies and executed these for businesses across industries showing tangible results, example, all the telecommunication service providers, logistics and products, mining, several insurance companies and 4 of the big 5 banks. She has an Honours in Bachelor of Science in Information Systems (UNISA) and a Masters in Business Administration(GIBS).
