JUNIOR LEVEL MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT / ANALYST

JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Research, Data Collection and Analysis

  • Data Collection: gather data from client interviews, client systems, external sources, or internal databases to support project objectives​
  • Research: conduct desktop market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking studies using viable reports and credible sites/sources​
  • Data Analysis: perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover insights, themes and trends; synthesize industry trends and best practices to inform recommendations, building an evidence based narrative​
  • Data Visualisation: create basic data models, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings effectively.​
  • Insight Delivery: Participate in client meetings to present data insights and updates.​
  • Peer review: Ensure deliverables are accurate, visually appealing, and client-ready with consistent formatting​

Problem-Solving and Strategy Development

  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm solutions and innovations.​
  • Shadow senior consultants during client interactions to gain insights.​
  • Collaborate with team members to design strategies aligned with client goals.​
  • Map appropriate methodologies to intended strategic outcomes.​
  • Assist in defining client challenges, formulating hypotheses, and proposing actionable solutions.​
  • Apply established frameworks and methodologies to structure problem-solving efforts.​
  • Support initiative by developing templates and identifying tools that meet project needs​
  • Support team leads in preparing client presentations, workshops, and deliverables.​
  • Maintain organized records of project work, using document governance and adequate naming conventions.​

Project Management Support

  • Assist in preparing structured project timelines and task lists, tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.​
  • Help coordinate team activities and ensure alignment with project objectives.​
  • Identify risks and challenges, escalating issues to senior consultants, as necessary.​
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and stakeholders.​
  • Proactively draft memos, briefing notes, or client summaries.​
